Pre & Post Natal

Feel safe continuing exercise during pregnancy or returning to exercise following the birth.  Expert fitness and nutritional guidance and coaching during any stage of pregnancy.   Minimum of 12 week course.  Suitable from minumin 8 weeks post natal.
